Reversed polarity / terminals - help!

Reversed polarity / terminals - help!
Hey, folks.
So... I've done the dumb and reversed polarity upon jump-starting my battery (which keeps dying despite it being brand new and good readings on the alternator).
Checked the under dash fuses and they all look good. Am I missing something?
...'87 IROC.
