checked the bulbs and the fuses in the fuse pannel and everything is good. everything else is working great...

 

sometimes you just need to put the shifter in reverse then push it forward a bit...

try taking outthe top of the console, the neutral safety switch and the reverse light switch is there on the shifter, torx wrench and you can adjust it all day. good luck!

 

when should the reverse lights come on?

when the key is forward or only when it's started? i have a B&M shifter so knowing the luck maybe the actual switch is bad?

i just checked out your site..... fine ride! i like the new wheels.

if you think the switch is bad, try dissconnecting the wires from the reverse switch and touch them together.

with the ignition in the ON position, the reverse lights will be on when wired together. that will let ya know if the switch is bad.

you might just need to bend out that lil clip that touches the shifter, those B&M switches arent high quality, heck, just tighten up the screws if anything else...... youd be suprized how easy they get out of adjustment.

well everything on the car is in pretty good shape and i know how the quality is with the shifter which leads me to believe it might be the switch. i'm going to check it out first thing in the morning....
