Rear shocks-upper bolt

Rear shocks-upper bolt

how do you get to the upper bolt on the rear shocks?

lay the back of your back seat down, then tug the carpet that goes up behind the rear seat back up, you may need to pull a trim panel from the side, but I think you can access the nuts without it, then just tuck the carpet back into place

What kind of shocks did you get? My ride quality has been declining over the last few years. I still have original shocks on my 87 5.7L with 64,000 miles. Just curious.

it was just a loose tranny mount bolt, not the shocks. Doh!! i'm such a ****in' moron
