How can I tell where the problem is? It hasn't worked since I bought the car (used). The light does come on on the switch when I turn it on, but the rear window never gets cleared. I don't think it's the actual window because all the little filiments in the window look good and all the connections to the window looks good. What kind of diagnostics can I run to narrow down the problem?
