I found a guy on the net that had the Random Technology air ducting but they don't make it anymore. Does anyone know were I could find someone that does or have any ideas on how to make one myself?

it's a VERY easy mod to do yourself with a little PVC pipe, or if you're real cheap, dryer hose. The previous owner of my 86 did it, and it's very effective, and extremely easy.

I've got the drier hose thing already but I was looking for a more custom look and also something that is better sealed. That way I'm getting pure fresh air from outside and not radiant heat from the rad too.

I haven't really thought it through, but I'm sure it would be pretty easy to fabricate a ram air setup.
