Hey quick dumb quistion, i have a 84z28 carb 302, WHERES MY COIL? i have been havein probs with my car being really sluggish, dunno what it is, i checked out alot of dif things, any suggestions would be great!

 

Maybe I'm just an A$S, but first of all, if stock, it doesn't have a 302, but a 305. Two different engines. Second, what the hell is a quistion? You mean a Question?

Where is your coil? More than likely, you have the "coil-in-cap" HEI ignition system, therefore, just like the name implies, its in the cap. In the middle, you will see 4 small bolts, take them out, remove the cover and there is your coil.
