lol theres an advanced tech i think we should also have a super simple tech... ie what does my motor do, and do i really need a battery? sorry im kind of bored ....you should get one of the service manuals for your car i basically went from your knowledge of cars to car GOD...well maybe less like god more like stupid kid that can at least hang in a car conversation....the manuals give good instructions on how to do basically anything on your car....if your interested i would go to www.helminc.com and order it the things 3000 pages and i live by it....everyone should have one
eh i guess you could but you wouldnt....usually the alternator wire is some way spliced into the positive wire and then it runs through there....i have to do that tommorow yay backtracking on old projects
My wire is going from the back of the alternator onto a bolt along with the fan wires and positive terminal wire. I guess the dude who had it before me was trying to ground them. Is this normal and could it be a reason for my terrible voltage problem? Thanks a lot
where is this bolt thing??, if it is on the side of the radiator, it is a junction block for the high draw accesories(fans, ect.,),
where in MI do you live? I live just south of Detroit, in Melvindale

Yeah it's right near the radiator. I'm so frustrated with this damn voltage problem. I don't know what the hell else to try!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
