Quesion about a 87 IROC

Ok, theres a IROC i'm going to look at Friday and the guy saying it said that it turns over but doesn't fire. He said it's getting spark. It's a 350 carb engine, so I'm guessing 1 of the jets might be stuck, he said it sat since the begining of summer. Do you guys have any advise what I should do when I look at this. Here it is

Timing might be 180* off if hes getting spark and its not turning over. I say go for it, pretty car.

Nah the timing isn't out. He said that he stopped driving it at the begining of summer and it drove great. I guessing it's just something with the carb. Could it be the fuel pump?

So you think it's def. the fuel pump? how easy would itr be to replace? It's a mechanical pump so its right on the block.
