purchased new mod anybody familiar?

anybody ever hear of the throttle position sensor enhancer. i just bought one and was curious. what does it give me exactly

is it the tpis one? Basically with your stock sensor if you mash the gas down it takes the computer a second to get the info and there is about a half second lag in your throttle response. Basically it just makes it so you dont get the lag.

ahhhh dougie very cool. im happy becaus that damn sensor isnt even set right one hole is stripped so i set it level and put the screw in maybe ill get a jump now

I would be curious as to how it works. How does it know if I am mashing the pedal or just going to half throttle or whatever?

i will let you know aklim as for anbody else who wants to know. ive been excited about it for months its 100 bucks new i got it for 30bucks off ebay. cant go wrong

this is my understanding although i could be very wrong. Your car has a TPS sensor so a throttle position sensor that tells the computer how much throttle is being applied. The ****ty thing is there is a slight lag between when you push down the pedal and when the sensor tells the comp that you did. The enhancer must do something along the lines of boosting the signal so it works better? i could be wrong though.

i was under the impression all that module did was trick the computer into thinking it was at 100% throttle when it was actually at only 75%...

this has the computer give full fuel/spark etc...

who knows?

yeah that could be true? im actually waiting for someone to correct what i said because i dont truly understand all that much about the more specific points of our cars.
