Pros and Cons to the Holley HSR
Just like the title says. What are the pros and cons to using the HSR? I know it makes better power higher up than the stock TPI is capable of, but what about installation hassles, wiring mismatches, things of that nature. What are the major headaches that I'm looking forward to?

Should have mentioned, it's going into an S10 which is currently gutted. So fuel system/lines are no problem cause I have to plumb them anyways. Also, I need a new throttle cable so... any other things I should know about?

Depending on which engine/wireharness its going to match up with you will need a new chip. If its out of like an 87-88 Fbody 350 then you have to find a way to delete the cold start injector.
Oh its not Street legal so if you have to have it inspected you will have to do some mods to it that way it passes smog.

I've been looking on Stealthram.com, just couldn't really find what I was looking for. Currently I've got a brand new Painless wiring harness for a TPI car that is still in the box along with a factory computer. I've already talked to my tuning guy about burning a chip for the thing, so that's all set. And there's no emissions here in good old Jacksonville. I've almost got all the parts for the engine that I need, minus the intake. All I need now is a new pair of doors so I can put an interior in without having to worry about weather screwing up everything.
