No, a dremel won't work well.
You need an electric die grinder with a 1/4" collet.
Go to the link at the bottom of my sig. It has lots of info and pics showing just what to do with the heads.

As I said, go to my thread and read it. It shows you everything you need and how to do it, (except for the plenum but that is just port matching and hogging out anyway).
What more could you want?
