please help asap whats this worth

interested in this 82 camaro drag car. no motor or converter.. has a strange centersectioned 9 inch, moser spool and axles. weld wheels. 3 passes on tranny. ran 10.50s. everything there except motor and tranny... nice setup

also.. what are the chances of the rear working in my 95 if i dont want the car.. thanks/ again

Well, without the engine or tranny, its no 10 second car. My guess would be that since its a DRAG car, then the body was built to accept the rearend, not the rear was modified to fit the car. Thats just my hunch though.

I can't tell ya what the car is worth, but 3rd gen rears are like 2" narrower than 4th gen rears, and if it's a drag car the mounting points are probably highly modified too (setup for coilover drag springs or something). I seriously doubt that you could swap it in without major fabrication.

thanks guys.. thats what i wanted to know.. the reason im asking is because one of my dads friends wants to trade me for my yamaha raptor with a bad tranny. I have to check to car out good see what I think.. I figured on building a decent motor and going to the track and having fun with it
