Just an FYI, the reason the paint came off like skin was because of poor prep work and sanding, there's no adhession. Flex is only added to help install rubber bumer's after they've painted do to the flexing of the bumper when installing. The flex invaporates from the paint over a very short period of time. If you want the job 100% correct, the bumper needs to be stripped down to bare rubber first. Or buy a new GM bumper and go from there. Trust me I know what I'm talking about..

I got it for 10,250 in CA I talked to my insurance man he is going to insure it for around 22,500 I stole it from the guy in CA

My bumper is plastic lol so was the one i had before Never heard of a rubber bumper on these cars
