What parts can I use on my current 305 that can be reused on the 357. I have a 357 sbc with vortec heads.

 

front accesories, flywheel, oil pan, valve covers(if centerbolt) and bolts(you can use your manifolds, but i wouldn't, if you have headers, great)

I forgot, you can use your damper too, though you might want to get a new one

 

I was thinking of replacing the damper as welll with a new one but undecided as to which brand to get.

 

i would get one off a o.e. 350 if you are using a o.e 350 crank so the balance wouldnt be as much off if you use your 305 one (since i belive theres a size difference between the 305 and 350 balancers) unless you plan on rebalancing your hole rotating assembley then maybe go aftermarket if cost isnt a issue
