oil is leaking past worn valve guides or piston rings causing hard starting misfire and hesitation

how many miles on car? are they fresh plugs? does car smoke on startup and/or does the exhaust just smell ?

you didnt squirt oil into the cylinders after storage and forget to change the plugs? -longshot

It Reads 50,7xx. I got it at 47k Miles and the last ownder said it was rebuilt 47,000 miles ago, so he was saying when it was rebuilt the odometer was reseted (can it be reseted?) The Spark Plugs have about 2,500k miles on em and they are NGK's. As i was replacing the wires tonight i saw that 1 & 2 had oil on them. Will it take alot of work and $$ to fix my problem?

Where on the plug? If you see it without removing the plugs, it is probably a leaky valve cover. If you remove the plug and see it, it could be a leaky valve stem seal.

There are 2 white parts, FYI. The part inside the combustion chamber has a porcelain (white) part too. In your case, it is oil dripping past the valve covers or somethig someone spilt. Clean it with brake cleaner when it is cold and observe what happens from week to week.

Brake cleaner will work fine. Don't buy new plugs till you solve the problem since you have both valve covers to change. You did say #1 and #2 which are the first plugs facing the front on both sides.

Isn't it a felony or something to do this? I'm pretty sure it's illegal.

Clean the area from grease and oil, then change you valve cover gaskets or tighten your check to make sure the covers are tight. If when you pull the plugs they should be a light coco color.
