Noise from Rear of Car

Noise from Rear of Car
I just had a shop swap out my 10 bolt drum rear end to a 10 bolt disc w/limited slip! Now I hear an occasional noise from back area of car, usually on sudden acceleration/turn/braking.
I've checked the spare, & raised the car up but cannot find anything loose of odd looking. Could it be the original shocks, or maybe the springs getting adjusted after everything taken apart?
