New Gears 308 to either 373?? or 410??
I have a 92RS 5 spd camaro that is bone stock. Looking to get a little more out of 170 horse engine. I have the option of switching from 308 to either 373 or 410. Car sees very little highway, about 45 miles is furthest it goes in one direction and that is rare. Wondering what someones input on what gear selection would be best. Maybe from personal experience. Not real worried about gas mileage, but wondering what kind of highway RPMS I would be running with the 373 or 410 at say 65 to 70MPH. Right now I think I'm around 2000rpm at like 65.

If you're still relatively stock, 4.10s will slow you down. I've seen it on both TBI and TPI cars with manuals, so stay away from them. My S10 (I know its not an F-Body) has a similar RPM range as your TBI, has a T5 manual trans, and 4.10 gears. It's horrible rowing through the gears in daily traffic. The 3.73s would be a better choice. IMO going to a 3.42 would be best. I went from 3.08 to 3.42 and it made a very noticable difference. You'll get the extra acceleration you're looking for without shifting like a semi truck
I don't think there is a drive and driven gear combo for your car so you would have to get an aftermarket box or aftermarket set of gears from LPE. This is for the 4.10 gears.
Anywy, unless it is for a drag car, 4.10 sucks gas.
