Hey.. uhh I'm thinking of buying a 84 Z28.. and wondering whats it packing under the hood. HP/Torque?

Or a 89 RS I think its a RS.. its got a V8 in it.. and wondering the same thing above.. HP/Torque... and is there a govenor chip on it preventing going hella fast? i dont like when they have them damn chips on them..

It will top out at 85MPH on the speedometer.
