thats what i thought. it is odd that it only seems to happen when it gets hot. I'm gonna take it all out monday i'll let you know what i find out.

 

Maybe the heat is setting off the alarm and that is why it has been disconnected. Just a thought.

 

If it won't crank at all, it must be the starter, or battery.
Borrow a battery, if no improvement replace the starter, I don't care if it's a week old...

 

why would you automatically assume that.....ever try to turn on a car while the alarm is going off it doesnt work. If the alarm technically is going off it could make sense. Although a faulty starter does make more sense (go get one of those new fangeled mini-starters) i wouldnt throw money away id rather get that alarm system out of there anyways.
