modifying the heads
how far can you modify the L98 stock heads? im trying to save money here and I'd like to do a lot of mods instead of buying new heads for over 1000 dollars. my hopes are to be able to port and polish the heads, increase valves sizes to 2.02/1.6 and have a lift of about 0.500
you think i could expect good results from these mods? how much would i benefit from just buying new heads? (weight advantages not included)

But it doesn't help to enlarge L98 valves. They are pretty much optimum right now.
