i have a 5.7 tpi and i want to install a lunati voodoo cam and lifters, #60103LK, Duration 268/276, Lift .489/.504.

factory internals but plannig to install a HSR system after the cam. in leaving on the heads and just want to do the cam and a couple small things to go with it.

my mods now-
underdrive pullies
hooker headers with offroad y pipe
true ram air with K&Ns
throttle body
upgraded injectors 27lbs
adj fuel pressure reg
complete MSD ignition system
jet stage 2 chip
and other small bolt ons

Will this cam work for my set up without mods to my heads or anything?

i want to install new springs and rockers, is there anything esle i should consider to do with the cam?

and is there any ideas on what kind of springs and rockers to put in?

 

Do a search and see how many time you come up with a reference to "Head and Cam." package. It is seldom effective to just do a cam. Can you do it? Yes.

 

Even with that relatively tame lift, I wouldn't put it in a stock headed motor. Up to you though, if you can resist the temptation to romp on it, you should be ok. But if you wanna get on it, you run the risk of damaging those internals
