lt1/ls1 maf

would a lt1/ls1 maf swap into place insted of the stock one for a 305 tpi in a 86 iroc? the stock one looks kinda dinky and the lt1/ls1 maf looks so much bigger

No. Totally different outputs (and calibrations) for the two different types of MAF sensors.

won't work at all? or won't work unless you reprogram the maf tables in the ECM?

i noticed alot of dsm guys using ls1 mafs in there cars that sux that it works there and not in older gm's

yea, it sucks some big nuts but alls we can do now if just fab somthing to get the job done better
