Hey guys, I have the opportunity to purchase either LT1 or LS1 used heads, the engine they would go onto is an 1988 corvette 383 ex- TPI with factory aluminum heads, I have purchased a converted LT1 intake from John Millican. Will either set of heads work on my 383 set-up? If not I will keep the factory heads and port/polish.Thanks!

 

the lt1 heads will fit with modification, the ls1's will NOT, the lt1 mods are the need to drill/machine the front water ports(to the intake)
