I just bought an LT1 cam, and am planning to put it into my 1992 RS (305 TBI) Once I get it in, what all am I going to have to do to make sure I run right?

 

Get new valve springs (LT4 or Z28 springs from scroggins dickey will work fine) and get a chip burned. You can get away with a vacuum adj. fuel pressure regulator and a different spring inside it but that's still not a very good solution over a good chip.
