Lt1 4l60e Carb. Questions Please Help!

OK.. I got an lt1 with the 4l60e transmission. Got the two apart and looks like the transmission has a new torque convertor looks like it was rebuildt. I'm thinking about using it instead of paying like 200 for a rebuildt th-350. I'm not going fuel injected. I have a Holley 750 and a I have an intake. I wanna too take and use this on the engine. Dont wanna deal with all the wiring and stuff. I've been told there is a sensor or plate I have to get in order to make this transmission work with the engine being carb. Anyone know? Also I have a Phantom Auto Meter 200mph Speedo. This is mech. Anyone know if I can get this to work with it and if so how? thanks for any info. I cant wait to get my car rolling..

If you arent concerned with gas mileage I would sell that transmission and use the money to pick up a turbo 350. You might wind up spending more money and time trying to get the 4L60E to work than if you had just went with a th350 in the first place.

JET performance does make a computer to work the 4L60E. TH350 will take some work and will suck on gas mileage because it does not have the overdrive.
