lowering
Only if you run larger than stock tires/rims but checking clearnaces before driving is always a good thing. And if you lower it enough to where you DO have problems, it's nothing a large hammer and some swings can't fix. Moving sheetmetal is easy
On the rear of my car I did some hammering on the inside of the wheelwell towards the front of the tires. 17X9.5" rim with a 315/35/17 Nitto Drag is what I have a it rubs a small section maybe .5" wide when I turn as hard as possible left or right but it's fine now with the delicate hammering process I speak of
Yesterday I put on 15X8" Drag lites with 5.5" Backspacing fitted with 28.0X11.5X15 ET Streets and they rub when I hit bumps so I'm going back out there now to do more work.
Oh yeah I have Jamex 1.5" drop springs and very stiff struts/shocks
