we just got heavy storms in my area and my t-tops started leaking pretty bad, i was wondering if i can use rtv or some kind of sealent to stop the leaks, if so where at, or is there any other tricks to stop leaks, thanks

 

Lets start with the basics.Were is the leak coming fom?It could be that your window is not flush with the molding.Or you just need new moldings.

 

If your molding is aligned ok, use a silicon based spray (spray it on a rag then wipe it on the stripping). Works good in the ol RS. If the stripping is bad, go ahead and get the new stuff from www.tacreationsusa.com . Thats the cheapest I've seen new stripping, the dealerships rape on pricing, even gmpartsdirect.com is high.
