LCA relocation?
LCA relocation?
I've seen rear lower control arm relocation brackets but, how does lowering the angle help traction. It looks like it would make it squat more. Wouldn't you want to raise the front of the LCA's so the rear end pushed up on the car more than down?
How much do they help if you have aftermarket springs?

well, the front of the lca's are up higher than the lower. lca relocation brachtes just extend the back down. i guess for better bite. I don't know the scientific explanation for it though. how much does it help if u have aftermarket springs?? do also depends what kinda springs u want. lca relocation's are usually going to be used i drag racing. you're gonna want drag springs or i launch on eibach sport. hooksa well. springs wont really effect the use of the lca's. springs just help themselves
When the car is lowered with springs, it changes the angle of the LCA's causing more wheel spin and/or wheel hop.
Adding the Relocation brackets move the LCA's back the normal location.
I've used them on both lowered and non-lowered cars and it made a vast improvement with traction.
If you get them, go with the weld in ones.

Eibach pro-kit, custom tubular LCAs and panhard rod, polyurethane bushings, use 255/50/16s @ 30psi at the strip. The car is set up more for cornering than drag, but it still should hook better than it does, especially with the old setup, which was basically stock. This pretty much leads me to believe the torque arm is the weak link, pretty much everything else has been done.
I don't know what it could be. I have to try really hard to get a 2.4 60' time.
Are you just spinning through 1st?
I average 2.0-2.2 with street tires on almost every car I've driven at the track.
