LCA problems
FIRST: Call spohn and ask them.
Some LCA's need to be greesed after they are installed/before your car is driven. Does your require that?
Why did you take your shocks off? you dont need to do that to change yoru LCA's, but if you did go ahead and recheck those. Also check to see if your springs in the rear have moved at all. I know it seems impossible because of the wait of the car is ontop of them but still check it, i dont know where you had the jack stands placed so theres no telling if they could have shifted on you, that could cause your car to sit funny. Good luck but i recomend you call Spohn and ask them first.

I'm assuming you got the spherical ended LCAs (Heim joints). If they're making noise, that is PERFECTLY normal. It's metal to metal contact, so they transmit road noise...ever bit of it.
There's nothing wrong with them, if this is the case. Expect to hear every bump in the road.
It's the price you pay for the optimal set-up...no bind with spherical rod ends.
