L98 motor power

Hi everyone i have a 92 Z28 and it has the stock motor still in it. And i'm looking to have a motor built for it but i really like the look of the stock motor. How much power will i be able to get using the tpi setup. Can i get about 375 to 400 from this setup or do i have to a LS1 setup.

400 HP at the flywheel, or at the rear wheels?

Going to be hard to get to those numbers with the TPI setup. I would seriously consider a Stealth Ram or something similar that breathes a whole lot better than the long runner intake.
