Iroc-Z wheels

If the tires i have now are 220/60/R16 and I'm wanting to get a set of 17" chrome Iroc wheels w/ 245/45/R17 tires......will that mess up the speedometer on my car?

Yeah they're close enough that you shouldn't be more than about 2mph off at normal driving speeds (i.e. less than 80.)
