On the tac on my 91 z28 it says it is idling at 3k but its most definetly idling much lower...should i just get a tac adjustment? i know that sounds like a stupid question but i dont know if this is a common problem..

I was thinking about just screwing that tac all together and getting the lingenfelter hub..but i dunno if thats even able to be done..
