Well, I just crawled my *** out from under the camaro for the night after getting the whole front end disassembled for painting. I have done five engine swaps in the past on my 87 Z but have always pulled the through bolt on the engine mount, but now need to remove the actuall clam shell mounts from the crossmember. It looks like a less than fun job to get at the nuts on the under side of the cross member, I am sure if I have to I can figure something out but it would be nice to get any experienced opinions on tricks or tool set-ups for making the job easier. The engine is out of the car fyi. Thanks.
