I Just Picked Up Some Hookers

Hey guys just bought a set of slightly used Hooker Headers off of ebay. I was wondering how much power should I get from these after I have them put on? And is it even going to be a noticeable increase? Even if it's not I know the Camaro is going to sound alot Throatier and I really can't wait to have them put on. I think i've got Mod Fever lol. Thanks guys

Are you just doing the headers with a stock exhaust? If so I would guess about 10-15, not much.
Doing headers, full exhaust, and an open element will put you close to 200. You can do some chip tuning for the mods that might give you a little more.

becareful dude... don't get caught! lol

it should net you about .2 in the 1/4 mile if you already have an aftermarket exhaust

This will be my first exhaust mod to the car well besides my Flowmaster Muffler which lol is just good for sound and nothing else. 10 - 15 is more than I expected but eventually I plan on going over to a Hi Flow Cat and a better exhaust pipe. Like anything else i'm doing to the Camaro it takes time b/c i'm in High School and on a budget. Actually buying these headers shot me in the foot for the next week lol. I hadn't planned on doing anything to the engine until I got the suspension all beefed up but I saw them on ebay and couldn't pass it up. Thanks for the advice though I appreciate it.......
