I had my car painted a few months back and the parts that were painted are not glossy. The paint is all glossy except for the left fender and bumper, which were painted by a guy I know and they are flat red. Do I need to repaint them or should I just spray some clear coat on top? I have never painted a car so if someone could help me on what kind to get or anything like that I would appreciate your help so much.
