I finally got my 9 bolt install kit in and my 3.70's and 3-series posi is waiting to go in. Should I get a HSR and install it before or after the gears? I would do both at the same time but I need money left to get (pricy) stuff for my Saturn so I can finish up the motor swap and have an economic daily driver again.

After both HSR and gears go in, my plans include.....
Install Headers w/ custom y-pipe (& possibly cutout)
Valve springs/Valve Seals/LT4 Hotcam swap
SFC's/LCA's/Sticky tires

by then though....I'll probably be paying $3.00/gal to drive the Iroc.

Oh well, got to pay to play right.....

 

doesn't matter each is independant of the other. you'll get more seat of the pants feel with the gears over the intake. intake will make much more benefit in the upper rpms. have you been over to www.stealthram.com ?
