How much would you pay for this ride

An 85 TA with the following mods:

Pros
SLP runners
Edlebrock TES
Open cat
Flowmaster Catback
TPI Airfoil
Hypertech Cap and Chip
3.23 rear end
4 wheel disc
GM performance parts tranny w/shift kit and approx 5000 mi
Regular maintence
Hasn't been raced or dogged out

Cons
Needs paint
New interior
approx 150,000 mi on motor and rear end
light smoke at start up
#7 plug gets fouled after about 4 mths

The light smoke after startup is prolly due to bad valve seals, and that sounds likely for the amout of miles that are on the motor, hopefully its just the #7 leaking bad. Otherwise It could be that the rings are shot on the #7 and that is why it fouls out after 4 months. I would find out how much oil it burns, and do a compression check before you get yourself into a mess.

I wouldnt pay more than 2500 for a car that needs paint, and has a worn out motor, and rear. THe only real plusses are the tranny, and SLP runners

It doesn't consume much oil at all. About the normal for a high mile 3rd gen. How long does a 3rd gen rear last before it fails. He hasn't had any problems with the rear. What would I need to do a lt1 swap, would the tranny be able to hold up.

I wouldn`t give much more than $1000.00 for it seeing as that is what I bought my current ride for and it is almost the exact same car.
