I'm thinking of doing a project car in my spare time got some questions about a motor.
Edelbrock victor jr heads, tpis mini ram, cold air intake, tpis level 4 prom, headers full exhaust, bbk tb,
I'm not sure about the cam yet but I want the car to rev to about 7500 rpms.
Any idea on which cam I should use and how much power it would be putting down. I have an lt1 and don't knoow zip about tpi's any help would be appreciated.

Are you going to be drag racing with this car because you are going to be needing one major cam to run to 7500 rpms. I am not really sure about those heads but I would guess that you are looking around 400hp depending on the cam you decide on. I am getting one that is 228/234, 480/494 w/1.5 rockers at 112 LSA and that will get me around 6500 rpms. That is flat tappet because I didnt want to spend the money to convert to hydraulic. I am also going to be running the Pro Lighting 64cc heads because they had bigger ports than the Edelbrock RPMs that I was looking at. Just a thought.
