Lightbulb Hot Mods?

does Anyone Have Any Ideas For Keeping The Stock L98 And Adding Some Hot Mods After I Bore It 30 Over Cause This Motor Is Worn Out.

The Usual:
1)fabricate cold air inlet tubing(like 8"ducting from hardware...)from behind fog lights.
2)K&N filters
3)Air foil
4)grind the obstruction off just behind the throttle blades.
5)relocate the MAT sensor
6)large tube runners
7)24# injectors
8)cam
9)port the stock heads, or have a "Pocket Port Job" done, and a GOOD 3-angle valve job is CRUCIAL.
10)New valve spring a must!
11)1.6 ratio rockers
12)headers
13)Custom tuned Chip

I've Got Headers And 3 Inch Exhaust All The Way Back I Want To Get About 400-425 Hp I Ride A Motorcycle Daily So Not Real Worried About Gas Its Just A Weekend Driver. Also Whats The Difference Between The Vortec Heads And The Normal Centerbolt Heads For My 5.7

Stroke it, make it a 383. A good set of aftermarket aluminum heads, matching cam, mini-ram intake, and have it put together by someone that knows what they're doing.
