For a while I've been having trouble opening the hood. When I pull the release cable the hood does not pop up. I have to push down on the hood near the front center to get it to release enough to get my hand under for the secondary latch. How can I adjust my hood so it pops up to the secodary when I pull the release cable?

First off try greasing the **** out of it. My hood did the same but I greased it up and now it pops find. IF not then there is a cable like on a bikes brakes and it comes out right by the latch. Just loosen the grip on the cable and pull the cable through more and tighten it (keep pressure on it while tightening) just like bike brakes.

 

I had the same problem. I had to end up going to the dealerdhip and buying a new latch. It only cost like $25 I think.
