well all of the work is done, car started on the first crank
what should i set the total timing at???? it is currently at degrees. always runs good gas in the car, has msd 6al, and coil for ingnition support, cold air headers, catback, tb bypass, ported intake.

an 87 camaro tpi is 6 degrees

 

DOH! it is at 35 degrees total.
is that 6 degrees with the wire unplugged? (the brown/black wire)

 

thanks for the help! it is now set at 6 deg.
and the car runs great, it pulls really hard (as hard as a 305 can pull) past 3k.
