Help- TPI Feul Trouble- Need TPI Expert

Question 1:
I don't know if you can help, but I just got done rebuilding my 87 IROC Z. The one distressing thing that I noticed is that when I truned on my ignition, the fuel system would not hold pressure. When I took the feul rails off to inspect the injectors to see if I had a injector stuck open, I noticed that all 8 injectors were all spraying fuel non-stop with just the ignition turned on. I don't know what would cause this. Is it a computer malfunction. No codes popped up on the diagnostics.
Question 2:
How can you check if the proper voltage is being generated by the ignition coil. If I used my digital voltmeter, would it fry it.
Can anyone help me?
I need to act fst. I'm just about ready to move into my new house and I need to drive my Iroc, instead of towing it.

I had the exact same problem...........When I was reinstalling my superram I pinched one of the injector wires between the fuel rail and the intake. It caused it to ground out. Check your injector wires for being grounded and check the grounds for the TPI harness that go to the back of the heads.

how many miles are on your car? sounds like they are leaking and you need new ones.
if it cranks over several times before starting, thats another sign they are leaking.

I n oticed that with the injector wires not hooked up and the ingition on the fuel pressure held perfectly and there were no leaks at the injectors. The injectors just constantly spray feul when the ingnition is tunred on. I will look into any disconnected ground wires, but so far looks like all grounds are attached to the back of the heads. I was going to open the wire loom to see if I have any wiring problems.
I bought a used computer to make sure it isn't the computer. Stay tuned.
