When im in park it idles high and when im in drive it goes from 30 to 10 just up and down up and down and it almost cuts out everytime it goes down. im tired of two footing it on a auto because at stoplights i have to stay on the brake and gas so it wont cut out.

 

Check for vacuum leaks. Have you removed or changed anything lately on the intake, and forgot to put a hose back?

 

No, i believe it has something to do with the distributer because i just did a tune-up (Spark plugs,wires,rotar,cap,oil change and engine clean).
