Help me figure out my CR

i did a leakdown test on my car and this is what i got...

cyl 1: 180 psi
cyl 2: 180 psi
cyl 3: 180 psi
cyl 4: 180 psi
cyl 5: 178 psi
cyl 6: 175 psi
cyl 7: 180 psi
cyl 8: 180 psi

from the results i got, what would you say my compression ratio is? i know there's an equation on how to figure out the CR by just checking the compression on each cylinder, but i can't find it anywhere =\ thanks for the help

i know there's a fomula that you add all the numbers together and then divide them by another number to get an estimate of where your CR is. does anyone know what im talking about?

I have 10.8:1 with those numbers if that helps you.

awesome. i was aiming for 10:5 to 1 so im pretty happy.

have 2 more questions... first, would it be wise to set the plug gaps to .050 with an msd 6al box connecting to a hypertech ign. coil (53k volts) with that kind of compression? and second, would it be a good idea to raise the car's fuel pressure if i have higher compression? thanks in advance

You could do that.

Maybe 1 or 2 psi but more than that, I would say you need to get the chip recalibrated.
