For Christmas, I'm going to ask my parents for a Helms manual. I'll be swapping in an L98 soon. The one I bought (or am about to buy) is an '89 which is MAF. Which manual would be more helpful, 1989 or 1992? Are the wiring harnesses that much different? I'd like to get the 1992 one but I also want my swap to be clean and easy. Thanks

You're going to need both. Yes the wiring harnesses and the cars/engines are that much different. Try calling Rick & Mindy's Auto at 1-888-MANUAL9 to see if they have one or both in stock for a cheaper price than new.
