I was curious if anyone knew or knew how i could find out what size headers came on the 1984 v8 305?

Do you mean exhaust manifolds? I'm fairly sure that none of our f-bodies came with headers stock. Too bad.

No stock headers only cast Iron exhaust manifold.

There were 2 sizes. The High output cars got the larger ones (I'm not sure if the 350 TPI were the only ones or if all TPI cars got them and I have no info on the 305 HO carb'd motors, I'm not sure which they got). I believe they were 1 7/8's and 2 1/4" ("standard" and the "large version").

I'm sure someone will have the correct years. It has been a long time since I looked into changing them over on my car and I'm getting rusty.
