Header Choices?

I was wondering what are the best bang for your buck headers? As far as HP increase and sound, trying to keep it legal though lol.

Hedman shorties are the best bang for the buck....longtubes are nice but they require a funky y-pipe that's probably gonna cost a bit extra and they eat your ground clearance.

hedman shorties with matching ypipe

i got all for 200 shipped and they match up to my LT1 nicely and they flow well enough to support my bottle fed hotcam 87 IROC

Will the Heddman headers fit my TBI? What about the O2 sensor bungs and AIR Hookup? I saw it in Jegs for $119 + $99 (Y-pipe) but it doesn't appear to have the things I mentioned above. Thanks.
