have an 86 iroc recently it started to idle rough an while driving you can feel it miss or surge have checked wires am not running with thermostat an coolant sensor on radiator is unhooked cant find wire summer time it runs code 32 it never heats up over 130 degrees and i have bypassed elec fan to switch also sometimes it wont stay running unless you keep your foot on the gas the air pump is also unhooked

 

How do you know the temp is 130*? That's seems too low even without a thermostat.

 

because my temp gauge works and thats what it reads

 

Can't suggest anything without more information.
What have you done beside pulling out the T-stat?
