Getting Paint Of The Front Bumper!

No matter what I seem to try there is no way to get all the paint off the front bumper of my car so I could primer it.
Any ideas??
thanks

Try paint stripper,or just sand it well and paint over it. It the bumper is not cracked, and the paint is good you don't have to strip it down, just sand it good so the new paint sticks good. And don't forget the flex additive when painting the bumpers,or it WILL crack and peel.

Just sand it all down, that's what I did. Then primer and paint. As far as cracks, I got this cool little kit at Advance Auto for like $5. It's some kind of Plastic Welder Kit. Works well, has held up on my bumper for that past 6 months. Good luck!
