Arrow Fuse Box

I need to know where the fuses go on a 83 z28 I got a couple empty ones which is probably why my gas guage and low beams dont work. If I could get a picture or something that would be nice. thanks

The fuse panel is under the dash on the driver's side, near the kickpanel. The cover should be obvious once you are under there.

Question

Sounds like it is not a fuse problem...More like an electrical demon that needs to be exorcised!!!! If your high beams work, then it is not a fuse.

crap, electrical problem. I realllyy don't like the sound of that. The bad thing is I don't know anyone who knows how to work on car electronics. I think ill stay with high beams for a while, lol. Are you sure it would be that?? Well when the high beams are on, the low beams are on at the same time, so i know they work, I guess there could be a short, but I still got a lot of fuses not in still...
A pic of a fuse panel diagram would still be nice, my car doesnt have one.( yes.. i know where the fuse panel is)
